1. General Provisions
These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between caslno ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). caslno is an online gaming and betting platform that provides digital entertainment services in Bangladesh.
1.1 Applicability of Terms
These terms and conditions apply to all services, products, games, promotions, and activities operated under the caslno.lat domain. The Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and Bonus Terms are considered supplements to these main terms and form an inseparable part of them.
1.2 Order of Precedence
In the event of any dispute, these main terms and conditions shall take precedence over all other documents. Special promotional terms apply only to their respective offers.
2. Eligibility and Registration
To open an account and use services on caslno, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
2.1 Age Requirement
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- Providing your correct date of birth at the time of registration is mandatory.
- You may be required to present a national identity card or passport during identity verification.
- Providing false age information will result in immediate account termination.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
caslno follows an identity verification process to maintain a safe and transparent environment. We may request the following documents before large withdrawals or in cases of suspicious activity:
- Certified copy of National Identity Card (NID) or passport
- Recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)
- Proof of ownership of the payment method
2.3 One Account Policy
Only one account is permitted per individual, household, or residential address. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be terminated and any held funds will be forfeited.
3. Account Management
3.1 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Giving any third party access to your account is prohibited. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact our support team immediately.
3.2 Updating Account Information
Always keep accurate and up-to-date information in your account. caslno is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information.
3.3 Account Suspension and Termination
caslno reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in the following circumstances:
- Violation of these terms and conditions
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity
- Providing false identity information
- Bonus abuse or system manipulation
- Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
Depositing funds into caslno is simple and secure. The following payment methods are supported:
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method)
- Deposits are generally processed instantly
- Deposited funds must come from your own account
- Deposits from accounts registered in a third party's name are not accepted
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
- Withdrawals generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to complete
- Withdrawals can only be made to your own verified payment account
- Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met
- Large withdrawal requests may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed
4.3 Currency
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Deposits made in foreign currency will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate.
5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. Bonus examples:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → Total balance ৳2,000
- Deposit ৳18,000 or more → ৳8,000 bonus → Total balance ৳26,000
5.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw bonus funds, the combined total of the deposit and bonus must be wagered 10 times (wagering requirement 10x). Example: If you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳20,000 (i.e., ৳2,000 × 10) before making a withdrawal.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- The same promotion cannot be claimed more than once
- caslno reserves the right to modify or withdraw bonus offers at any time
- Bonus abuse or system manipulation will result in account termination
- VIP members can enjoy additional cashback and special benefits
5.4 VIP Program
caslno has three VIP tiers, each with weekly cashback benefits:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
Promotion to a higher VIP tier is based on regular gaming activity and loyalty to the platform.
6. Gaming Rules
6.1 Game Fairness
All games on caslno are operated following fair play principles. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to keep game outcomes completely impartial and unpredictable.
6.2 Betting Limits
Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are clearly displayed in the game interface. Placing bets outside these limits is not possible.
6.3 Game Errors
caslno reserves the right to void game results caused by technical errors or software bugs. In such cases, the wagered amount will be refunded.
6.4 Sports Betting
Additional rules apply to sports betting. If a match is cancelled or postponed, action will be taken in accordance with our sports betting policy. Betting rules for BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and other cricket tournaments are detailed on the cricket page.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the caslno platform and may result in account termination and legal action:
- Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activities
- Bonus abuse, arbitrage, or system manipulation
- Operating multiple accounts
- Placing bets on behalf of third parties or participating in arbitrage syndicates
- Playing games using automated bots or software
- Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems
- Using false identity or documents
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor
- Harassment or misconduct toward other users
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the caslno platform — including logos, trademarks, designs, software, game graphics and animations, text content, and databases — is protected as the intellectual property of caslno or the relevant third parties.
Copying, distributing, modifying, or republishing any content beyond personal, non-commercial use of the platform is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in legal action.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Platform Liability
caslno strives to operate the platform safely and without interruption at all times. However, caslno will not be held liable in the following circumstances:
- Technical errors, server failures, or internet connectivity issues
- Disruptions related to third-party services (payment gateways, game providers)
- Losses caused by the user's own negligence or sharing account credentials with others
- Unforeseen circumstances or force majeure (natural disasters, war, pandemic)
9.2 Gaming Risk
Financial risk is involved in online gaming and betting. You acknowledge that you are using this platform of your own free will and with awareness of the risks. Only wager an amount that, if lost, will not affect your daily life.
10. Privacy & Data Protection

11. Responsible Gaming

12. Changes & Termination
12.1 Changes to Terms
caslno reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
12.2 Termination of Agreement
You may close your account at any time. To request account closure, please contact our support team. Withdraw all available funds before closing your account — bonus funds will be forfeited.
